All prices are quoted in US currency. Merchandise, product specifications, availability, images and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted at the time of order placement will apply.

Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 3 business days after payment is received from our distribution center in China. Express shipping will be handled by a third party shipping company. Customers are responsible for any VAT taxes, duties, or brokerage fees that may occur. Customers who provide incorrect shipping data will be responsible for all costs related to retrieving and/or reshipping the order.

Return Policy

Our products have a 1-year warranty and a 14-day, no-questions asked return policy of the full product price when purchased through our website. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are in need of a product return, please e-mail us at service@ibasso.com

Warranty Policy

iBasso products are warranted to be free from malfunctions and defects in both materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase, excluding the accessories. Buyer must retain the warranty card and receipt, which will be requested at the time of warranty repair.

This warranty does not apply when failure is due to accident, alteration, water damage, misuse, use with incompatible accessories or attachments or failure to follow operating instructions.

Please always purchase from authorized dealers or from our site. If you buy from a grey market/unauthorized dealer, your purchase may not come with any warranty. Please note that we have found some grey market dealers remove the S/N sticker and the warranty card from the package.
